Me and Ollie went to the art market today because I needed some gesso and clay and he needed some masks for superhero class. On theway there we noticed IKEA was within wakling distance lol and walked on over. It was so cool!!! >3< We were like old people, wandering about going ‘ooh, ooohhh’ at furniture. haha, we’re such losers.

Savannah is headed to Harbin to get her VISA extended 5 more months. This will entail a 19 hours direct train trip there and back t secure it and cost quite a bit of money. We are supportive of her and wish her well and she struggles to make this arduous trip to make this thing happen. It is very hard to be so far from her as makes these large steps into adulthood.

Here is a copy of Savannah’s Christmas card that got wet by her Mt. Dew’s. I wanted to send a second one in her Fed Ex package but you can not send letters or cards or any personal correspondence through Fed Ex. Yes through the mail no through Fed Ex, go1 figure. Anyway, It says I DEW and the inside said LOVE YOU MERRY CHRISTMAS
So, overall I am pleased with sending packages to China. We sent a 20 pound package of Mountain Dew cans through the regular postal mail system to Ollie’s place of employment, Romp and Roll in care of him with the name Romp and Roll on it. Two cans popped en route there but Chuck carefully packed them with a trash bag inside the box. The box nearly fell apart but it did make it. Now, if Ollie’s boss hadn’t taken it upon himself to open the package and then call them to tell them what was inside and spoil our Christmas surprise it would have been wonderful. A howler was dispensed AKA Harry Potter style to Ollie’s boss right away. Needless to say, he did not open the second package as far as I know, with her new back card that presumably her ferret stole along with her wallet. The package only took 2 weeks and the mailer through fed ex was expressed and took 3 days and did not linger in customs as we feared it might. Hurrah for the mail system.

I’ve got my new card in so money should be okay. Thanksgivin was great! I went to a big party with real turkey. :D Yummy!

Pabu has made his wee nest under the couch. He often steals shoes, wallets, and bags and hides them under there. We pretty much have to pull the couch out every morning for our shoes lol. Anyway he typically likes to curl up in a bag or two and sleep there. However, the temperature has been dropping so it’s been reather cold lately…
